Youths applying for CEEC need entrepreneurship training

A- Ndola based businessman says Citizen Economic Empowerment Commission (CEEC) should give intensive entrepreneurship trainings to youths intending to apply for the empowerment loans.

Melbin Simangolwa said training the youths will enable them invest in profit-making businesses.

Mr Simangolwa said that lack of knowledge among youths is leading them into making uninformed decisions by not prioritizing income-generation programs.

He said most youths are mismanaging the funds by going into non-profitable ventures.

Speaking in an interview  Mr Simangolwa said that the only way beneficiaries can become responsible with the loans offered is by inculcating knowledge through intensive trainings to enable them invest in profit-making businesses.
