POWER STUN NKANA IN DERBY

Power Dynamos triumphed in the big Kitwe derby on Saturday after edging archrivals Nkana 1-0 in Wusakile.

FAZ Super Division leading scorer Kennedy Musonda scored the goal at Nkana Stadium as Power stayed top of the league table.

This was Musonda’s ninth goal of the league campaign and it came after 50 minutes.

League leaders Power are one point above second placed defending champions Red Arrows, who posted a 2-1 win over Lusaka rivals Nkwazi on Saturday.

Aba Yellow have 28 points as Kalampa Nkana remained on 15 points after 14 matches played.
