Zesco United have kicked off with a bang after crushing Lusaka Dynamos 4-0 to win the Samuel “Zoom” Ndhlovu Charity Shield.
Zesco overcame Dynamos in the final match played at Woodlands Stadium in Lusaka on Saturday afternoon.
Kenya striker Jesse Were scored twice with Edward Lungu and Chanda Mukuka scoring a goal each.
Were’s goals came in the 4th and 45th Mukuka’s strike scored five minutes away from the break.
New signee Lungu came off the bench to score the last goal of the game.
Teams are now getting ready for FAZ Super Division starting next month.
