We can’t regulate Spring TV for falsehood-IBA

The Independent Broadcasting Authority says Spring TV cannot be regulated by the IBA because  Spring TV is an online television.

However, IBA Director General Josephine Mapoma has condemned Spring TV for broadcasting falsehood when it aired content that former General Education Minister David Mabumba had committed suicide.
