North Western Province Deputy Permanent Secretary Naomi Tetamashimba says President Hakahinde Hichilema’s visit is a sign that he holds the People of North Western province at heart and with high esteem.
Ms Tetamashimba said the president visit to the province has been successful.
Speaking shortly after seeing off the President at Kalumbila Airport, Ms Tatemashimba said the visit has rekindled people’s hope for good leadership and development.
“We are grateful to the president for reassuring the people of North Western Province of more investment and development which will see many local people tends to benefit,” she said.
Ms Tetamashimba said working on Mutanda Mwinilunga road which is the commercial road will create more Jobs coming to the local people with the commissioning of pineapple cannery factory, Nickel mine and Kasenseli gold mine.
President Hichilema was in the province to launch Nickel mine in Kalumbila and also commissioned the pineapple cannery factory in Mwinilunga which will foster investment and development in North Western province.
