Ndola Businessman Warren Mwambazi has opted to go it independent after missing the adoption on the ruling PF.

Mr Mwambazi had applied for adoption on the PF ticket for Bwana Mkubwa Constituency, but he has not been adopted.

Surprisingly, Mr Mwambazi had won the primary adoption Interviews at Constituency and District level.

The PF has however, adopted incumbent Member of Parliament Jones Chanda who is the immediately past Minister of Health.

Mr Mwambazi who met his supporters said this time round he will listen to the voice of the electorate in Bwana Mkubwa constituency hence will stand as an independent while supporting President Edgar Lungu for the August 12 general election.
