UPND President Hakainde Hichilema says late Vice President Hon. Lupando Mwape served the country diligently adding that his works must live on.

And the UPND President has encouraged the family to the late to remain strong adding that they together with the Nation must carry on the vision that he had.

And UPND vice president Dr Geoffrey Bwalya Mwamba says the late republican vice president dedicated his life to humanity including when he was a law maker in Lukasha constituency of Northern province.

The two leaders were speaking in Lusaka shortly after visiting the funeral house of late former vice president.

Mr Lupando Mwape died in South Africa and he will be put to rest tomorrow.
