Kitwe Mayor cuts short Mayors Summit to attend burial for Kalumba

Kitwe Mayor Christopher Kang’ombe has cut short his attendance at the ongoing Mayors summit in the Malawi to pay his last respects to late Lusaka Mayor Wilson Kalumba.

He posted on his WhatsApp fora that “UN trip to Malawi on the localization of Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) cut short; just headed back home now to pay my last respects to Mayor Kalumba Wilson who will be buried tomorrow in Lusaka.”
