The Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) has clarified that Football Association of Zambia President Andrew Kamanga is not travelling to Spain to gauge Chipolopolo technical bench.

FAZ Communication Manager Desmond Katongo said he was dispelling yesterday’s (Monday) Zambia Daily Mail article.

Katongo said the article purported that Kamanga will be among the delegates earmarked to travel to Spain to check on the facilities and course programs on behalf of the Zambia Senior Men’s National team head coach.

“FAZ wishes to inform the public that the Association President has no role to play in the selection or monitoring of programs that the Senior National team coach will be undertaking in Spain.

“It is instead, the role of the FAZ Technical Director to ensure that all FAZ coaches are provided with the best training programs and facilities,” he said.
