I will empower the youths and make Chingola clean again -Mpundu

Patriotic Front Chingola Central ward candidate Victor Mpundu has promised empowerment for the youths and women once elected.

He has also promised to restore back  Chingola’s lost glory of been the cleanest as his ward is around town center.

He said the party  is opening up a 24-hour economy which will help reduce unemployment in Chingola and the country as a whole.

Mr Mpundu said that women are also on top of the agenda of the empowerment programs with the corporative been formed to ensure that all the women are empowered.

“My motto is to keep Chingola clean again, so given the mandate I will make sure that we work together with the people of Chingola Central and the district to make sure we revert Chingola back to the way it was as the cleanest Town in Zambia,” he said.

He said among the programs that will benefit the youths is the land allocation which has been reduced for any youth to acquire the land.

Mr Mpundu said that the door to door campaign has been a great journey because the interacting with the people and listen to their concerns has been overwhelming.

He said that people are facing a lot of challenges which can only be appreciated once someone is on the ground.

Mr Mpundu has urged the people of Chingola Central to rally behind him and President Edgar Lungu for a better Zambia.

Ha has also called on the people of Zambia to turn up in numbers to go and cast their votes in this year’s general elections.
