FAZ General Secretary Adrian told a media briefing that the association confiscated 12 cards from three Division One clubs in Muchinga Province over the weekend.
Kashala named the clubs as Tazara Rangers, Real Nakonde and Riverside Football Club.

“Twelve cards were found on some Division One clubs in Muchinga, these are Tazara Rangers with nine forged cards, two from Real Nakonde and one from Riverside. These shows how deeply rooted this problem,” he said.
Kashala said FAZ will work hard to root out the rot that has seen clubs use underhand methods to win matches.
He said that the exercise was being conducted countrywide to ensure that clubs comply with the rules of the game.

Kashala also announced that the Disciplinary Committee would be sitting on Wednesday and Saturday to adjudicate on matters that have been pending.
He also advised club officials not to just be in a hurry to file complaints in the media but avail FAZ with the official complaints.

The General Secretary displayed the forged cards at the media beefing and advised officials handling matches to be on alert for forged identifications.
Kashala said the clubs using fake identifications would be dealt with by the relevant judicial bodies.
