Police in Lusaka have charged and arrested a Chinese National for alleged sexual defilement and the aunt to the victim for Conspiracy to Defilement

This follows a video that was making rounds on social media showing the victim narrating how she was sexually abused by the Chinese national.

Police Spokesperson Rae Hamoonga said brief facts are that the victims  auntie Febby Chabala  28, took her to a named Lodge in Chawama Township where she met a Chinese man identified as Mao Feng 35, who had carnal knowledge with her at the named lodge.

Mr Hamoonga said the mother to the victim of Kabanana Township reported the matter to the Police that her daughter was defiled by a Chinese national.

He said the incident is allegedly to have occurred between August & November 2020 at Named lodge in Chawama.

“Medical report form has since been issued to the victim and a request for a bone scan to determine the age of the child has been sent to the University Teaching Hospital as the mother has no under-five card or birth record to show proof of under age.

“The suspects will appear before court soon,” he said.
