Sinozam hospital closed

SINOZAM Friendship Hospital in Kitwe on the Copperbelt has been shut down, for failing to meet required standards. Among reasons for the closure is the alleged stocking of expired drugs, well poor infrastructure at the health facility. Health Professional Council of Zambia -HPCZ- inspectors also found broken water supply pipes at the health facility, during a routine inspection exercise.
