President Lungu Concede defeat

President Edgar Lungu has conceded defeat and wish the president elect well.

President Lungu thanked the people of Zambia for according him a chance to rule this country.

He also thanked all those who supported him and those who voted for him and his party .

“My fellow Country men and women, the youths I would like to thank you for your support and voting for us,” he said.

President Lungu said that he will smoothly hand over the instrument of power to the President elect as enshrined in the Zambian Constitution.
